Hurricane Melissa is predicted to escalate to a rare highest-level storm as it veers towards the Caribbean island, delivering dangerous sudden floods and mudslides.
This weather system, which had wind speeds of up to 195 km/h as of 06:00 GMT, is currently turning northwest in the Caribbean region and is expected to hit the coast by midweek, as reported by hurricane specialists.
