Overcoming a sixteen-point deficit in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks emerged victorious 38-37 at home, registering their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Los Angeles had become the first to earn a post-season spot earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks booked their return to the play-offs after a two-year absence.
With this result, the Seahawks have taken over their division's race with a 12-3 mark, supplanting the Rams, who fell to the number five playoff position with an 11-4 record.
